My Name is Asia and I am a fully certified personal trainer and Group Fitness Coach, who as recently taken up boxing and yoga as well! I’m originally from Mechanicsville, Virginia but have been living in various parts of the DMV area for the last 4 years. I have been training clients for nearly 8 years and during that time I have refined my fitness strategy to provide, not only the best results, but more importantly, the ability to do so while having fun! I know that if you enjoy your workouts you are much more likely to stick with them, and that’s what my program is all about, building amazing habits that will benefit you for a lifetime!
My favorite thing about what I do is
seeing how people transform both mentally and physically when they incorporate exercise into their lifestyle. Being part of the of my team is about more than just getting fit. It's a supportive and welcoming community where we encourage each other to do our best, push through those difficult days & reach our goals whether it’s inside of the gym or out!
